Stepwik is a platform for creators and enterprises to build, share, and monetize educational Labs. These structured, step-by-step learning guides are at the core of the product. TechFerment partnered with the founding team to design and engineer the core product experience, from onboarding flows to creator dashboards and monetization tooling.
Challenge
The team needed to launch a polished MVP quickly while keeping the architecture flexible enough to support creators, teams, and enterprise customers. Early prototypes lacked a cohesive design system and the backend was not ready for multi-tenant growth.
Our approach
We ran a focused discovery sprint, mapped core user journeys for creators and learners, and shipped an iterative roadmap in two-week cycles. Design and engineering worked in parallel so UI decisions stayed aligned with what we could ship on schedule.
